Suncoast Advisory Group has developed a national reputation
in the field of financial and practice planning, especially
designing comprehensive and coordinated financial plans for
physicians, dentists, and family owned businesses.
Suncoast Advisory Group was established in 1988 by Rick O. Helbing
and Jerry W. Hemenway. The firm is headquartered in beautiful
downtown Sarasota Florida.

• Mutual Service Corporation (MSC), a leading Broker/Dealer
for over 35 years, that provides a team of financial product
specialists and industry leading technology services to its
Registered Representatives and their staff.
MSC’s Compliance Department helps ensure that we have
obtained the required continuing education and licenses, while
enforcing strict application and interpretation of SEC, NASD,
and State Securities Rules and Regulations.
• Pershing, LLC, our clearing firm. Pershing provides
expert execution, clearing services, and support of client trades
of securities listed in all major exchanges.
Pershing, LLC is a member of BNY Securities Group and a subsidiary
of the Bank of New York Company, Inc. BNY Securities Group is
the global agency, brokerage, clearing and financial services
outsourcing sector of the Bank of New York. Pershing holds client
assets in custody worth over $700 billion.

We Do What We Do Organizational
Readiness:
Step 1: Introducing ourselves, our practice philosophy, mission
statement, core values to prospective clients.
Step 2: Interviewing the prospective client to determine if
our Wealth Management Services will meet their needs.
Step 3: Preparing a financial proposal. A written proposal of
observations of your current financial situation (no financial
obligation for this proposal)
Step 4: Information and data gathering. A Financial Services
Contract is signed and one or two meetings are scheduled to
discuss and collect all pertinent personal and business information.
Step 5: Analysis of information and designing of financial plan
determining strategies to address your problems and concerns,
in an effort to meet your life and business goals.
Step 6: Presentation of Financial Plan. Providing a written
financial plan along with Action Agenda to assist in implementing
strategies and recommendations aimed toward meeting client objectives.
Step 7: Monitoring clients’ financial plan with ongoing
services. Continued and ongoing Wealth Management Services that
will monitor and keep our clients on track toward meeting personal
and business goals and objectives.
Step 8: Client Evaluation Study: Distributing annual survey
to our clients to assist in improving our firm and Wealth Management
